Refund Policy

At Nuvaya Skincare, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love your skincare routine, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

🛍️ Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused and unopened products.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in its original packaging and condition.

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the order.

  • The product must be returned within 7 days of return confirmation.

Please Note:For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare items.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

We’ll notify you via email once your refund has been processed.

🚫 Non-Refundable Items

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards or digital downloads

📦 Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt without proof of delivery.

🧴 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Send an email with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

We’ll offer a replacement or full refund depending on the issue.

📧 How to Start a Return

Email our support team at support@nuvayaskincare.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you want to return

  • The reason for return

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

🔄 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

❗ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account or card statement again.

  2. Contact your payment provider—there may be processing delays.
